A note on the fitness/SPARQ stuff: Click the "Internet Specials" link on the Baseball Express homepage - the Sparq stuff is cheaper there. Many fitness sites/stores have what I want, which is basically:
1. A plyo step. 6" would be fine. Adjustable to 12" would be great. Something like The High Step (target.com) or Reebok 5-Position Platform (above, cbssportsstore.com)
2. Cones, 4-6. (muscledriverusa.com)
3. Hurdles, the ones below are adjustable. Otherwise see 6" step hurdles at sparqstore.com or other fitness .coms
4. Agility ladder, 10-15 feet, 6-10 rungs
